What's the first step to working with you?

You'll start by sending a message or booking a clarity call so we can explore your vision and make sure we're a great fit.

How long does a branding or website project typically take?

This is very dependant on the size of the project, but this call all be discussed, if you have a specific deadline you are working towards, please let me know, as I am a freelancer I work to my own schedule.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes - this can be discussed, I do take a deposit to start the work, but we can work together to make a plan that works for both of us.

I'm not 100% sure what I need. Can you guide me?

Absolutely.  My process is designed to bring clarity.  Even if your ideas feel fuzzy, we'll shape them together.

What platforms do you design on?

I predominantly design on Wix and SquareSpace, but also have experience with Wordpress and Shopify. If you are looking for support with an existing website that is on a different platform, I am always open to working on any, as long as I can have a look at it first and check it is something I can work with.

Do you offer website updates to existing websites or ongoing support?

Yes! You can book ad-hoc updates or join a monthly plan support.

Do you offer ongoing support after the project?

Yes. I provide optional ongoing support so you always feel confident managing your brand or website. 

​

Can you help with copywriting or imagery?

Yes - I can support with light copy guidance and sourcing imagery that aligns with your brand.

What's your communication style during the project?

Warm, clear and collaborative.  You'll always know what stage we're at, without feeling overwhelmed and I am always available on phone / email.
